These Terms of Service (Agreement) govern your use of the TapBooking service (via bot @TapBookingBot).

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee the absence of errors.

1.2. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Paid Features and Support

2.1. Basic functionality of the Service is free.

2.2. Users may voluntarily acquire "Pro/Supporter" status using the internal Telegram Stars currency.

2.3. "Pro" status is a form of supporting the developer and provides a visual distinction (badge) and priority technical support.

2.4. Refunds for used Telegram Stars are processed in accordance with the Telegram platform rules.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Service is not liable for any lost profits or damages arising from technical failures, data loss, or server unavailability.
