Last updated: December 12, 2025
TapBooking (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") respects your privacy. This document describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
- Telegram Data: User ID, name, and username (for authentication and notifications).
- Schedule Data: Slots created by you and client bookings.
- Client Data: Names and contact details provided by clients during booking. This data is stored in encrypted form.
- Calendar Data (if connected):
- Authorization tokens (OAuth Access/Refresh Tokens).
- Free/Busy information from your primary calendar to prevent double-booking.
2. How We Use Google Data
If you connect Google Calendar, we use the obtained data exclusively for the schedule synchronization function:
- We check the "Free/Busy" status in your calendar.
- If there is an event in the Google Calendar, the corresponding time slot in our Service becomes unavailable for booking.
- We create events in your calendar when a client books a slot via our Service.
- We DO NOT read event titles, descriptions, or attendees of your personal events.
Google User Data Policy Compliance:
The Service's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share Google data with any third-party AI tools.
3. Data Storage and Protection
- Encryption: Access tokens and personal client data (contacts) are stored in the database using Encryption at Rest (AES-256 standard).
- Security: Only the profile owner (the Specialist) has access to manage the data via a secured Telegram session.
4. Data Deletion
You can revoke access to Google/Yandex Calendar at any time in the Service settings (by clicking "Disconnect"). Authorization tokens are immediately deleted from our database.
To completely delete your account and all associated data, use the "Delete Profile" function in the admin panel or contact support.
